Each year, nonprofits in Northern California, including many Monterey County organizations, participate in a survey on current compensation and benefits.  Produced by Nonprofit Compensation Associates, the 2024 report contains more than 750 participating nonprofits.  This is tool can be used for benchmarking information on the Northern California region.
