Taylor Farms Scholarship at the CFMC
For the past decade, Taylor Farms has been awarding college scholarships to outstanding children of employees looking to further their education. In June 2024, Taylor Farms awarded 37 students college scholarships at the annual Scholarship Luncheon. In addition to scholarship renewals, Taylor Farms will award a total of $400,000 in 2024, surpassing $4.1 million in awards to children of active, full-time Taylor Farms employees. Taylor Farms partners with the Community Foundation for Monterey County to facilitate the application process and award distribution. The scholarships are tailored to support students throughout their entire academic career, where recipients receive an upfront check for $5,000 and a guaranteed renewal opportunity of $5,000 for each year they remain in an undergraduate or graduate program.“Taylor Farms is honored to be able to continue supporting our team members and their families through our scholarship program,” said Bruce Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Taylor Farms. “We are committed to a vibrant America with education as the foundation for opportunity.”The Taylor Farms Scholarship Program was formally developed in 2012, although they have been awarding scholarships to students since 2008.
