Be Here for Good - Invest in Your Community Foundation

Your investment helps the Community Foundation for Monterey County (CFMC) respond to changing circumstances to meet critical needs of our community. Whether it’s strengthening our nonprofits through grants, raising funds through Monterey County Gives!, or responding to disasters such as wildfires and floods, the CFMC is truly “Here for Good.”

We invite you to support the Here for Good Fund so we can continue to:

  • serve as a community leader around important issues
  • respond to disasters such as wildfires and flooding
  • strengthen local nonprofit leaders and organizations
  • lead special initiatives such as the Salinas Inclusive Economic Development Initiative
  • help our neighbors thrive.

We invite you to help the CFMC meet the greatest needs in our community.

2025 donors

Thank you to our donors to the 2025 Here for Good Campaign.

And, thanks to a generous $100,000 gift from Bertie Elliott, former CFMC Board Chair and donor advised fund holder, your donation has even greater impact.
