About the presenters: Virginia Howard and Sharla Klingel are attorneys with the Law Office of Virginia E. Howard.
Virgina Howard has practiced as a business and real estate transactions attorney for over 25 years. She has extensive experience in representing nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations. Sharla Klingel’s practice also focuses on nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations. Her experience includes three years as an instructor at the Nonprofit Clinic of the University of Virginia School of Law.
