Participation is by application and includes the following: \n\n$5\,000 unrestricted grant\nTeams of two representatives (e.g.\, Board Chair and Executive Director) work toward ambitious yet achievable goals for their organization.\nTen months of focused guidance and coaching with Coral Collective\nCohort kick-off call and convenings (in-person dates TBD) offer a supportive environment and equip organizations to implement their solutions.
