SUMMARY:Webinar - Managing Cash Flow
DESCRIPTION:This online training is offered by Propel Nonprofits (based in MN). $70 \nRegister \nWhile standard nonprofit financial reports – the budget\, income statement\, and balance sheet – provide important management information\, these statements alone do not tell whether there is enough cash on hand to pay for an unexpected expense\, to take on a new opportunity\, or even to cover payroll next month. This workshop will help you anticipate and prepare for the ebb and flow of cash coming in and going out of your organization and identify ways to avoid and manage cash flow challenges. \nPropel workshops are not recorded. \n

SUMMARY:Webinar - Building an Effective CEO + Board Chair Partnership
DESCRIPTION:This online training is offered by Propel Nonprofits (based in MN). $95 \nRegister \nIt has often been said that a healthy relationship between the board chair and executive director/CEO goes a long way toward building an effective organization. Does this partnership take work? You bet it does\, but it’s well worth the effort to help the nonprofit accomplish its mission\, as well as to minimize the stress of the board and staff. \nWe recommend the nonprofit’s executive director and board chair attend this session together to explore their critical relationship and to discuss how they will support each other in leading their organization to success.
